Episode 21: Reiki and Somatic Healing with Kindy Girdley

On this episode, I interview Reiki Practitioner and Teacher Kindy Girdley about her journey in learning somatic healing practices and wanting to share them with others. We discuss her dreams with themes of interconnection and the ever-alternating roles of student and teacher.
